DESCRIPTION

NB take 1 turf line out

GOAL : receiving ball from left /right with feet forward + repeat indian/pull back

Exercise 
* rotation 1-2-3-4-1 
* 1 def on backline with ball
* 3 attackers on midline
* def plays ball and game begins!!! * goal attackers: to score in 1 of the 2 goals from 3 m line with only 1 or 2 tags from defender. 
* play with adjusted rugby touch system. If defender tags ball with his stick, the attacker need to do a pull back/ Indian and play to somebody else. The def doesn't defend pull back/ Indian. If pass is given, he can def 100% again.  Def tries to tag them as many times before they score
* ENDGAME: WHICH TRIO is tagged the less before scoring? 

COACHING POINTS

Focus receiving

* while receiving feet to attacking goal (to be fast to the goal)

* ball from right= trap ball at right foot.

* Ball from left = trap ball on dribbling position.

Focus Indian
* looking at stick opponent. Close? = change direction by pull back or Indian. Left hand turns stick, right hand the same
