Tips around pushing/pulling:
* one feet forward, 1 feet backwards
* bent your knees
* don't laugh otherwise you lose your strength
* take little steps while pushing /pulling
* when pushing lean towards line you have to get the person over.
* when pulling hang towards the line you have to get the person
