DESCRIPTION

NB one half already like end game. Other half 3 goals + divided in 3 smaller turfs. 

GOAL : push/pull games to improve core strenght + balance

Exercise 
* couples
* 30 sec games
* they standing like a sumo wrestler. When signal is given, they try to tag the knee of their opponent. 
* grabbing/pushing and pulling to get to the knee allowed. 
* change opponents after game

COACHING POINTS

Tips around pushing/pulling:
* one feet forward, 1 feet backwards
* bent your knees
* don't laugh otherwise you lose your strength
* take little steps while pushing /pulling
* when pushing lean towards line you have to get the person over.
* when pulling hang towards the line you have to get the person
