Goal: teach phase 1 of how to score
Exercise:
* take cones w-up game out + some cones from circle. See picture
* work on 2 sides
* rotation: def ->1A-> 1B-def
* def on backline with ball, plays to 1B and game begins.
* 1A + B try to score in their goal by dribbling over the line. Each can only score in their own goal.
* if defender gets ball, he needs to play over side line from every distance. If 1 A /B intercept before ball goes over sideline game goes on!!
* TEACH: phase 1 of how to score= see coaching points
NB for dribbling coaching points, see w-up game
Context: how to score - phase 1:
1. Dribbling to commit opponent: let him follow you (like a dog/duck etc ) to your goal.
2. When opponent is close, then pass to guard = other player who is a bit behind you (thats why he is called guard).
3. He can dribble now to his goal which is empty.
4. If opponent is close etc.
