Dribble tag
* play in circle
* players with ball in circle, 2 defenders who have curl of stick in their hands. They have to touch ball with the top of their stick.
* play the game: how many can you tag in 1 min? Then change defenders
* pp with ball try avoid getting ball tagged. If ball gets tagged then outside circle with ball, do 4 pull backs and 4 indian dribble then back in circle.
Dribbling skills
* hands apart, double V grip
* stick 45 degrees with ground= space between feet and ball to change direction.
* left arm, wrist and stick 1 straight line
* bent knees, back straight.
* change direction through pull back and indian (both indian grip)
* look at feet opponent to avoid ball being tapped
