Split into two groups, and select one from each group to be the starting defender. Ball starts with an attacker just inside the halfway line, who starts dribbling towards the goal, avoiding crossing the line of cones. Defender on cone on 23 metre line closes down and forces the attacker outside away from the goal. Attacker has to try and score a goal.
Attacker becomes the defender and the defender goes to the back of the queue. The only time this does not happen is if the attacker scores.
Alternate sides to minimise the waiting time.
