Mark out a box across the centre of the pitch and form players into two teams.
Team one is split into two sections, one section in each half.
Team two stays within the box in the centre.
Team one is not allowed into the box but must pass the ball from one section/half to the other section/half.
Each successful pass scores a point.
Team two try to intercept the pass. If they gain possession they immediately attack the goal against the players that lost the ball.
Play continues until a goal is scored or the ball is successfully passed across the centre box to the other half of team one.
Players need to be creative in finding ways to bypass the interceptors.
Immediate reaction required if possession is gained/lost.
Change relative numbers on each team and value of goals in order to make easier or harder.
