Cones are necessary for this drill and better than strips.
The player in the middle spends one minute there receiving and turning to find a pass.
Variations on this include forehand turn/feet around/reverse sweep/pass and tiny lifts.
Increase the distance between cones is another way to alter the drill.
This exercise becomes more difficult as the intensity increases.-High ball pace
