DESCRIPTION

Here the ladies will complete the same exercise on both sides of the field with both keepers. They will pass the ball to the side, run after their ball (always behind) then this will continue until they have a chance to score. Try to pass everything will sprinting, no passing behind the players so they have to slow down. In the circle, they are allowed to play out the keeper. Once they have attacked in one direction they will join the other direction.
