Chinese wall tag
* turf see picture. If needed make turf smaller
* 1 tagger with stick who has to guard the Chinese wall. Runners on side line with ball and stick.
* on your sign runners have to try to dribble and get across the chinese wall to line B. (NB not allowed to hit or push ball through wall) . Then back on your sign etc.
* guard of the Chinese wall has to TAP the ball = runner is off.
(NB if guard plays ball hard away then runner is free and can pick up his ball and get to other line)
* As trainer choose what option. If ball is tapped then:
a) you come and pick up new ball, trainer counts how many times guard tapped a ball in 1.5 min
b) if guard tags your ball he gets your ball and you become the guard in next round
b) runner becomes a "roadblock" in the chinese wall. He stands on chinese wall with a block tackle. People can't get through to him.
You want to look where tagger is when you dribble.
How can you look while dribbling:
a) knees bent, straight back
b) left arm straight line with stick,
c) stick far away from feet,
