Drill that can be used for warm up before a session
In a square there are 4 players with a 5th cone free.
Players are to pass to each other by leading to the free cone to receive the ball. Once a pass has gone, every player has to find another cone whilst calling for the ball.
No player may stand on a cone for longer than one pass.
The player on the ball has to look up and watch the leads to ensure correct passes.
Communiaction and getting your head up are crucial in this drill.
