Great site. An absolute must for coaches who are willing to change...
Ignatius

DESCRIPTION

Goal:
- teach static straight push

Who's got the most-game
- every player with ball (or 2 balls) on a line
- on your sign they push and try to "hit" the cone/object.
-on your sign they run, get their ball and pick up the object they have hit.
- Then again etc. But because less cones/objects it becomes harder

Variation:
- cones further away

COACHING POINTS

Pusshhh = no sound to surprise opponents. They still see and think you dribble
"

Focus on:

-  Grip: 2 hands apart, double V grip

-  Feet in “fast start” position

-  Ball is with last (right) foot

- Push the ball, release at front foot
