In this drill, the athlete should dribble through the cones and then leave the ball and complete some speed jumps across the hurdle, they should do 20 of these. afterwards they should sprint to the ladders and then 'hop scotch' through them, taking care on landing and then completing the circuit again a further 2 times. The circuit should be completed slowly at first (60%) and then up to 80% the times after with the sprint being 100%.
