A player will pass a hard ball to one of the central defenders. they will then pass wide and play a 2v1 against the defender (red).
This will be done on both sides it is most important that the 2 (blue) draw the defender out and attack with purpose and speed. They should be having a shot on goal every single attack if all goes well.
The defender defends until the 'stippled line'.
