The central full back or freeman is is the one who oranises the movement forward and defence. At any time either half or the deep mid may find themselves in this position as there is movement in the game - their central purpose is to coordinate the defence and to develop open pay moving forward
The two halves and the deep central defeder are able to move together and take a strong marking roll through out the field. If one of these players moves forward with the ball the others and the Freeman need to make sure they are covering the centre of the field.
The attacking mid and the two inners operate similarly to the halves and deep mid fielder but they are more attacking, they will need to take a marking role in defence and area lare part in getting movement across field of the ball as they pass AND interchange across the field AND with strickers ahead of them.
The three strikers and the three midfelders all work together as a unit and are interchangable, the three strikers make role is to score and generate attacking opportunties.
