DESCRIPTION

In Groups split opposite ends of the cones. Players will push pass and rotate at 5 meters. Controlled passing:

A) Bend the knees, get low, rock back and forth, on to the right foot and step with the left, transferring your weight to the left pushing the ball forward to your partner, following through with the pass. Rotate to the back of the line. Pass on the right of the cones to each other.Partner at the opposite end must call for the ball. Communicate. Look up.

B) Bend the knees, get low, rock back and forth, on to the right foot and step with the left, transferring your weight to the left pushing the ball forward to your partner, following through with the pass. Follow your pass and switch sides. Pass on the right of the cones to each other. Partner at the opposite end must call for the ball. Communicate. Look up.
