* GK side steps around the triangle, always facing fowards towards the feeder.
* Once the GK has gone round the last cone they turn and face the goal.
* GK then receives a ball in from the feeder and kicks the ball into the goal with the outside left leg
* GK will complete 3 ciruits in total, during the first circuit they will recive a ball from station 1 second ciruit station 2 and 3 ciruit station 3
* Stations 1 and 2 should be easy for the GK to save the ball station 3 will be harder as its closer to the goal.
* note: GK should have there hands up in the ready postion while completing the ciruit.
* Make sure GK kicks with the left outside leg. If they start to use the right leg get the feeder to slow down the pace of the feed.
* GK are to have 3-4 goes at the drill each , once they have had a couple of goes each set up the same drill on the other side of the goal this time GK wil be using the right foot.
