W-up :Theme Dribbling
Goal:
1. right grip
2. left arm off body
3. Vision =right feet-ball position
W-up Excercise = nr 1:
(first practice, then relay)
Theme exc 2 Trapping/ passing
Goal:
1. ball from right left hand out+ trap ball at right feet
2. ball from left: left hand before right hand when trap= roof over ball
Exercise 2:
(ball sticks onto stick while passing and receiving)
Variation:
- relay
- pp nr 2 plays with BH.
Focus exercise 1
1. right grip: double V grip
2. left arm away from body; "cooling of your sweat"
3. Vision
looking forward instead of to ball. How:
- stick arm 1 straight line, no broken wrists.
- stick 45 with ground
This way you see the ball in the lower part of your eyes
Focus Excercise 2:
1. ball from right : left hand out + trap ball at right feet
2. ball from left: left hand before right hand when trap= roof over ball
