DESCRIPTION

Warming-up:

1. 8 keer heen en weer.

2. 12 shuttles, 5 met bal en 7 met stick (raak de pion aan).

3. Versnellen met bal = 10% - 40% - 70% - 100%

4. Rekken en strekken. 

COACHING POINTS

Oefening 1:

Balbezit in twee teams.

De bal mag twee keer geraakt worden. 

Je roept de naam voordat je passt.

Zie de driehoek. 

 

Differentiatie = 

1. Binnen een bepaalde tijd;

2. Drie teams maken;

3. Wie kan het langst de bal binnen de lijnen houden. 

 

Doel = 

1. Overzicht creeren in de kleine ruimte;

2. Waar speel je heen;

3. Hoog tempo.
