Player 1 dribbles to half way between the first two cones. Player 2 matches their pace. Player 1 sends a leading ball to player 2 who recieves on the go. Roles switch.
Cones should be at least 15m apart. Additional balls can be placed inside cones for miss trapped balls.
This is a continuous passing drill. Changing the direction can add difficulty. Players should focus on leading passes and recieving on the go.
