DESCRIPTION

Robert:

(Blue) will pass to (Red) in the space they will when run towards (Red) and channel them towards the side line but do not take the ball. (Yellow) will maintain eye contact with (Red) and run away to give them more space to run. Once (Red) is in the circle they will try and give the ball to (Yellow) who will score. [(Blue) is allowed to intercept the ball but not take it in the circle]

  • Good timing is key.
  • Low body position.
  • Make it obvious where you want the ball (Yellow).

Matthijs:

Here the players will play 1v1 where the attackers (Red) are allowed to use 3-d but are not allowed to turn their back to the defender. Once the (Blue) player gets the ball they will try and drive over the flap line as quick as possible without the (Red) getting the ball back.

  • Block defending (Both hands below knees).
  • Quick reaction when stealing the ball.
  • Try and keep body between the player and the ball when driving.
