Sideline field Hockey
Split the players into two teams.
One team on each side of the court.
Start with two players on each team inside the court trying to score a goal.
The players must pass the ball at least three times and at least one of those must be to the sideline.
Once they score they return to their sideline and two other players take the field to play.
Continue until they are playing relatively fluidly.
Go to 3 players vs 3 Players same rules.
Try to have a coach on the court with the each girl to show them how to pass and move into a free space.
