Overheads into a 4 on 3
Pass 1: Straight overhead over defender in a box
Pass 2: Diagonal overhead over 2nd defender in box to the 3rd attacker
Pass 3: Push pass to the 4th attacker and then play 4 on 3.
If the defenders win the ball they try and get it to either box to score their pont.
Attackers should get to priority positions - back post, 45 and 90 and be aware of where each others are and their spacing.
Defenders try and pick off overheads and if not get back to the red zone. Block danger areas where possible, comunication and organisation are important.
