Consider body position when receiving: Is the ball protected?
Body position should remain low and strong at all stages (receive, dribble and pass).
Work for small periods at high intensity and include regular short breaks to maintain quality.
Maximise vision by keeping eyes up as much as possible. Always look up before passing.
