2 narrow forwards - block the ball into the middle and encourage them to pass off the boards
1 midfielder - play in between and in behind the two forwards. Organise the front two and help stop any balls through the middle of the court. Approach their mid once he receives it a
2 defenders - organise other 3 players. positioned wider than the two forwards and looking to win inytercepts off the boards. Help side defender to cover once ball has been played.
GK - organisation is key. May have to mark a high forward at times as well.
