Start with balls just inside 25 on one side of the pitch:
Player 1:
- dribbles ball into coned zone, pull back onto right foot, pivot across with left, then drive off with ball protected
- v-drag at second set of cones
- run around the top with one hand on stick - practice with left and right hand
- dribbles towards goal & shoot
- then turn to defend against the next player coming in.
Focus on doing the individual skills well, doesn't need to be 100% speed in this instance, just done correctly.
Shooting - introduce rules, i.e. shots have to stay on the ground.
Defending - body position - staying compact, covering feet, strong stick position, jockeying
