Two teams play against each other.
Normal hockey rules apply.
However, players may not pass or run through the middle of the field.
The middle is marked off with cones, and is occupied by the coach who has all the hockey balls.
If a ball goes into the middle, the opposition immediately get a new ball, passed out by the coach.
The point is to get the players to play wide, rather than down the middle.
The prefered direction of attack should be down the right flank, to attack the weaker side of the defender.
Attackers and defenders must also move from left to right, according to the point of the ball.
