DESCRIPTION

GROUP 1, 2, 3 to start: Switch groups at 8:40am.

Phase 1: IBC (Individual Ball Carrying) - emphasis on grip and ball position

  • Line drills (variations)

Phase 2: V Pulls

  • Practice w strips or cones 5 yrs apart
    • Challenge by making vpulls very close (2 yrds)
    • Challenge by generating a lot of speed before v pull.
  • Partner up and do V pull when defender is running and reaching
