DESCRIPTION

Groups 4, 5, 6 to start: Switch groups at 9:35am.

Phase 1: Set up each group with the diagram. Balls & cones - sticks instead of cones if needed.

  • Initially as a whole group to explain what to cover - then into groups practicing 3D hockey.
  • Strong side straight through, reverse straight through, one handed reverse (5 minutes - warm up).

Phase 2: Practicing the pull right with 3D lift.
