the ball here begins wiith the red team at the far white cone. there are 3 red players here attacking their goal on the left of the screen. there are 2 green players defending this goal (there is a green player at the bottom of the screen but they are not partaking in this part of the game). the aim for the red is obviously to get a goal and the green to defend. but once the green gain posession on the ball they are to get it over to their green player on the white cone. these green players that were defending their goal now attack their's. the red attackers then jump back into the no go zone while the new red players defend. the drill goes around in a circle like that. does that make sense?
