How? Player in the middle starts with the ball. Player tracks to either the right or the left side on a 45 degree angle towards the circle. Player then dumps the ball back and keeps going towards the far post. Player that received the dump now plays the ball across to the player left over. That player takes the ball and shoot for tip or for goal. All three players play out ball till the ball is either in the goal or out of the circle.
Why? Circle positioning and aiming the shot, setting up for the rebound.
Advanced:
Have a Coach stand outside circle with a pile of balls. After first ball, Coach hits/sweeps a second ball in for a tip. Play ball out as well.
