The outside stations the player will start outside the field and run into the field picking up the ball without slowing it down too much. They will then carry on and run back towards the 23' through the mine field. They will then finish with a push pass in the mini goal's net.
The middle section is a lead towards the ball, an open receive and then through the mine field towards the goal and scoring.

The players will rotate every 5 minutes.
