Objective:
An expansion exercise with 3 rounds to each ball. We have a big
focus on attacking at as much pace as possible on the counter
and defensively we are looking to focus on the recovery.
Structure:
A: The defender will replicate a poor pass. They will change the
channel and play the 4V3
B: The man at the top of the 25 can pass to any 'blue' player
outside in the 'D'
C: The player will make the ball live and play the 5V3
* Both defenders will recover and assist the starting defender in
the channel
* Defenders run the ball over the 25
* Play the round until the ball is dead
* Alternate sides so there are counter attacks down both flanks
