or
player lifts balls onto the net instead of the coach
- make sure the player is not lifting the ball too hard at the net
- make sure they are controlling the ball back down then aiming for the corners of the goal

- move further away from the goal and change the angles on which the net is set so the player has to imagine where the ball will end up
