One player stands at each cone. Adjust distance and number of cones as necessary. Player receive and goes around cone before making pass to the next diagonal. Last player aims for opposite side board (deliberate shooting).
Progression:
-Zipper with Acceleration and V-drag: Remove player at every other cone. (Keep first to players). After reception, player accelerates diagonally to cone, at the cone they pull back off their inside foot (foot closest to cone is forward). After pull back, pass to next player.
- Add a lift after the v-drag for added skill difficulty
