Excellent, used the drills at our first training session today with...
Shane, Hockey Coach

DESCRIPTION

A1 and D1 start on the cones.

A1 starts with a ball and dribbles around the second cone and then attempts to evade D2.

D1 starts to run around the cone as soon as A1 starts dribbling. When D1 gets to A1, he/she will channel A1 onto D2's stick.

COACHING POINTS

The purpose of this drill is to teach the children to work together and channel back instead of throwing in their sticks.

Players have to keep low and get their body position correct. Focus on players feet aswell
