A) REVERSE STICK PASS (FLAT):
Both hands are placed on together at the top of the stick.
The flat side of the stick is turned upwards.
The Imaginary line between the back to the front foot (also the shoulder) determines the direction of the pass.
The knee is bent low just above the ground at the movement of contact. Hands are low and inline with the right foot.
Ball should be stick length away fromt he right foot.
The action is one movement. The ball makes contact on the inside of the shaft just above the hook.
