Great site. An absolute must for coaches who are willing to change...
Ignatius

DESCRIPTION

  • 2 piles of balls either side of the box outside the D
  • a team on each side next to the pile of balls
  • one side will pass a ball into the box where the opposite team player will lead into and recieve
  • the first touch should take them out of the box and into the D
  • the second touch should be their shot

COACHING POINTS

  • add an additional touch if too difficult for some groups
  • add in a tyre or bunch of cones as a static defender (if it touches the tyre or cones then they re-join the queue)
  • make it a competition by recording the collective total from each team
  • teams swap sides to allow them to use both forehand and reverse
