The red player runs back and forth across the red cones. At each end they receive a pass from the blue cone and pass the ball back before running to the opposite side.
The blue players need to time their pass so that the red player isn't stood waiting for the ball.
The red player needs to pick the ball up on their front and reverse stick depending on which side they are at. On both sides the red player should track the ball on the relevant side and cushion it across their body. On the reverse side the red player must transfer the ball onto their front stick to perform the return pass.
