Passing and receiving on the move, getting into rhythm, keeping stick low. A player at each yellow cone will push pass to player running in drill, or receive the push from player in drill.
The first player through the drill will run and pass as indicated. the second player through will run first, receive, dribble, pass, run, receive, dribble, pass, and on the final cone after passing, will receive the ball back to take a quick shot.
