This can be done with the outer square of cones at any size, small for fast moving and passing, or larger for practice of accuracy over a distance.
Players pass into the player in the middle and follow their pass. The middle player passes to the cone to the left of the one that they recieved the pass from. Again they follow their pass. The first player, now in the middle, recieves the pass and passes to the next group.
Players will always be passing and moving in a straight line across the box.
Focus on recieving the ball on the move. Player should be moving the whole time after their first pass, until they reach the opposite group.
Passes must be fast and accurate to allow runs to be timed correctly.
