This warm up activity is called, Rob the Nest. How you play this practice drill is: player 1 on the diagram runs to the group of balls and passes it to player 2. Player 1 then runs to the top of the circle where player 2 passes the ball back to player 1. Player 1 runs the ball into the circle and has a shot on goal and then jogs to join the back of the opposite line they were in before. Player 2 will then do what player 1 did and the new player on the top of the opposite line will do what player 2 did. This activity should always be running smoothly and continually.
