Team B immediately outlet to team B1 who attack team A (B get off the pitch to waiting area)
B1 scoreor lose the ball, then jump back and defend - team A outlet to A1 etc
Attacking team cannot tackle back once tackled or intercepted

look to be direct first - if acn't be direct retain the ball and play wide
defend centre and work back
look to outlet as soon as possible to set up break
