you dribble with the ball to the white cone in front of you and turn around it. in the turn you also pass te ball so, you make a turn and a pass at the sametime.
after all the ball have been shot on goal you can do the same thing back again. (now start on white)

different technieks (push,slap,sweep,drive)
go the other way around. (make a right turn and pass instead of the left turn)
give time pressure.
make sure you have the right body position. (bird on the left elbow and a dog between your front legg and stick, stick and ball are in front of the body!! not on the side SPLIT VISION!!)
before and during the turn already look where you are going to pass the ball. know where your going.
