DESCRIPTION

  • Feeders/Midfields will be outside the circle transferring the ball around
  • Attackers should be focusing on circle movement, trying to get the ball from the midfielders
  • The defenders will be playing man to man defense
    • Playing aggressively trying to get the ball cleared out of the circle
  • If the attacker gets the ball the play will continue until there is a goal or it is cleared out of the circle
  • A point will be rewarded to attackers for a goal and to defenders for clearing it out
