DESCRIPTION

Primera pilota:

  • Jugador del con verd fa un Flick al del con taronja.
  • Atac 1 vs 1 entre: Con vermell i taronja

Segona pilota:

  • Jugador del con blau surt en contra bola. El persegueix el jugador del con verd (el que havia fet el flick en la primera bola). El jugador del con groc li fa un passe.
  • Es produeix un atac de 2 vs 2 per banda. Per poder canviar de cantó es pot utilitzar el jugador que ha fet el passe com a pivot (el del con groc).

Tercera bola:

  • Surt el jugador del con groc amb pilota i es produeix un 3 vs 2. En aquesta part es pot utilitzar tot el camp.

  • Treball de flick
  • Defensa per banda
  • Contra-bola
  • Defensa 2 vs 2 amb pivot (saber canviar de carril si es necessari)
