The other side of the pitch is used to warm up the goal keeper. The shooters should start off pushing the ball, to slowly warm up the goal keeper. Shots can be taken from the top of the shooting circle after a short while.
This session will put players under pressure, relating to game play. It will allow players to work with triangular passing, and work together to manoeuvre around the defenders.
The starting defenders should be switched around, but this exercise allows almost everybody to have experience with both defensive and attacking practise.
To allow everyone the chance to defend and attack, starting defenders should be replaced with the winners of the previous game.
This warm-up can be adapted for a varying number of players.
