Set up the cones as shown in the diagram.
The red cones in the middle are for a player to dribble around. the blue cones on the outside are for a player to run, without a ball around.
The idea is for the two players to race and see who can get back to the sideline quickest.
Make sure you initially start the Blue coes far out and only bring them in if the dribbler is winning too easily.
Can set up multiple sets of this drill but ensure that you can give feedabck to various players and not just a single group.
