Players get in to pairs and set up cones as shown in diagram. Players start on end cones. The ball is passed to the central cone where the second player receives the ball on the move. They continue their run all the way to the other cone where they turn and pass to the other player's central cone. This is a continuous drill.
It is important that the player in possession of the ball keeps their stick close to the ball at all time.
