Four of the players will stand in the box defending their own goal. The trainer will pass in one ball and the players will try and score in another players goal. If your goal is scored in you must swap with somenoe who is waiting to join.
The ball must stay on the ground (indoor rules).
Really focus on low stick control when defending.
