Hockey Drill Demonstration

Description

Players will warm up as follows:

  1. Cardio Activation
    • Two shuttles at 60% speed
    • Karaoke shuttle
    • High knees shuttle
    • But kicks shuttle
  2. Stretching
    • Small skips shuttle
    • Calf stretch
    • Hamstring stretch
    • Quad/thigh stretch
    • Open and Close the Gate (aka groin stretch)
    1. Note: players perfrom the stretch from the baseline to the cones, and jog from the cones to the baseline.
  3. Sprint

    • Shuttle at 80% speed

    • Shuttle at 100% speed
